Since I was little, electrical circuits have glued my attention and observing these tiny systems that act on their own behalf, completely leaving society’s rules behind - even more.
I remember from my childhood collecting PCBs and tinkering old devices and that when I was left with such an ‘organism’,
I couldn’t be disturbed for hours as I was analizing each and every part of it, trying to decode.

However, being raised in a literature-focused, and completely distant from science high school made my attention shift to other areas of knowlegde. I concentrated mainly on the human lectures and my dedication to engineering vanished.

I’ve graduated from the hungarian educational system in 2020 but I felt myself like I haven’t learned anything I was interested in. I also felt that my science knowledge was completely missing and that I have no idea about the world surrounding me.

I began to self-teach myself via downloading old books in 2021 and restlessly reading through entire nights to regain my lost mind.

Microlectronics and automated system are at the beginning of this journey and symbolize something for me that shakes of the rust and opens the door to me to the world of science. Since then I participated in few projects with my new skills.

Sound Hacking workshop @daad festival:

>> july,
2021

Together with the Exprimental Electronic Department at University of Pécs I was lucky
to be part of the crew with whom we have organised the Sound Hacking workshop at daad festival. The 4-day long event consisted of teaching visitors electronics basics and developing different kind of small instruments from scratch. To name a few: we had sunlight powered snythetisers, touch-based keyboards and freakish max patches connected to natural materials found around.

stage design for a theatrical play

>> june,
2020

In the beginning of 2020’ s summer I got invited via a friend of mine to construct the stage design of Kornél Mundruczó’s new act in Berlin. It wasn’t my first time in the theatre world as I’ve worked for many months as a prop person in the biggest hungarian contemporary theatre - Trafó, however the first meeting with the stuffed animals frozen in time was more than shocking. The task consisted of coming up with an idea for a movement-sensor triggered light installation - inside of their eyes.  Holes needed to be drilled into their body where their dust soul poured out. I accepted the task with a slight delay - and devoted myself to give a new meaning to their death. The Arduino controlled animal kingdom travelled all across Europe.
